More pictures of the girl's room!

I had the chance to paint an simple Eiffel tower in Abby's room as well. Her theme was a French flower garden. So I decided to paint some rustic looking flowers to match the silk flowers hanging in the window. Abby's grandma refinished the dresser by adding a gold and black diamond pattern on the side. For the drawers, she mod podged pattern scrapbook paper to contrast against the gold paint! Cute black nobs were added for the finishing touches.

For Neve, I posted  one of the bathroom pictures. I found some cute Parisian wall decor from Hobby Lobby. (They really have the best deals, especially when everything is 50% off). I found an old milk bottle for a buck at a garage sale in Abilene. I decided to stick the yellow silk flowers in the mug to give more of a old French country feel! Neve's dresser came from the "Junk-It" in Abilene, which is  an awesome place to find some great used furniture redone to your taste. I added some 1920's French fashion wall decor from Hobby Lobby. The flag was dedicated to Neve's dad who passed away in Iraq so we definitely wanted it to be displayed. Hopefully I will be painting some more in the future!

Neve's New Room

This past week I took four days off to complete my painting mission in Abilene, My niece, Neve, has been anxiously waiting for me to come and completely redecorate her room. She wanted a Parisian theme to go with her sophisticated bedspread, which I really wanted to steal! I also had the chance to paint Abby's room (Abby is one of my sister's good friend's daughter). More pictures to come!
